Processing & Fulfilment

Every order from The Source Hair Co. is prepared in Vietnam before being dispatched to the United Kingdom.

Our Vietnamese hair is prepared for each customer order using The Source Hair Co. branded packaging before being handed to our logistics partner for international delivery.

Please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing or other circumstances outside our direct control.

UK DDP Delivery

Standard UK orders are shipped from Vietnam using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service arranged through our logistics partner.

For orders shipped under our standard UK DDP service, UK import VAT, Customs Duty and standard courier clearance charges connected with the import are handled as part of our shipping arrangement. You should not be asked to pay these charges separately when your parcel arrives in the UK.

If a courier unexpectedly asks you to pay an import-related charge for a standard DDP order, please contact us before making payment so we can investigate.

UK Delivery Rates

Our current standard UK DDP delivery rates are:

  • 1–4 bundles: £14.99
  • 5–9 bundles: £49
  • 10–19 bundles: £75

The final delivery charge applicable to your order will be shown at checkout. For orders of 20+ bundles or other specialist requirements, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the delivery arrangement and cost.

Trade Orders

Approved The Source Trade customers can purchase qualifying quantities using our professional pricing structure.

Standard UK trade orders placed through our website are also shipped using our DDP arrangement, so the recipient should not be required to pay additional UK import VAT, Customs Duty or standard courier clearance charges on delivery.

For volume trade orders of 20+ bundles or specialist shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm the applicable delivery terms and cost before the order is finalised.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Please ensure that your delivery address, email address and telephone number are entered correctly when placing your order. The courier may need to contact the recipient regarding delivery or customs-clearance information.

International delivery times can be affected by customs inspections, courier delays or other circumstances outside our direct control. DDP shipping removes the normal requirement for the recipient to pay import charges on delivery, but it does not guarantee a fixed delivery timeframe.
