Standard Orders: Processed and prepared within 2–4 business days.

Wholesale / Bulk Orders (Over 5kg): Processed and prepared within 5–7 business days to ensure batch uniformity and meticulous quality checking.

International Shipping to the UK

We partner exclusively with premium express global couriers (DHL / FedEx) via specialized freight networks to ensure your luxury hair arrives quickly, safely, and securely.

Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, express delivery to the UK typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to follow your journey from our source to your salon door.

Customs, Duties & Commercial Bulk Orders

We handle all export customs clearance and required documentation on our end to guarantee a smooth exit. 

For UK Salons & Stylists (Commercial Orders): For large wholesale shipments (10kg+), please provide your UK VAT or EORI number at checkout or via email. This allows the courier network to instantly clear your commercial shipment through UK Customs (HMRC) without transit delays.
Duties and Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any local import VAT or customs fees levied by HMRC upon arrival in the United Kingdom. 

Delivery Integrity & Support

Due to the high-value nature of raw human hair extensions, all packages require a direct signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
