Return & Exchange Policy

At The Source Hair Co., we maintain the highest quality standards for our 100% Raw Vietnamese Hair. Due to the personal and hygiene nature of human hair extensions, all sales are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

  • The hair must be in its original, brand-new condition. The security band/hygiene seal around the top of the bundle must be completely intact and unmanipulated.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been untied, combed, brushed, washed, installed, chemically treated, or altered in any way.

2. Retail Orders (Set of 3)

  • Unopened, eligible retail orders can be returned for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) or exchanged for another length/texture.

3. Wholesale Orders (1kg Packs)

  • Unopened 1kg wholesale packs are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. Cash refunds are not issued for wholesale bulk orders unless the item is verified as defective.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at thesourcehairco@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return before sending any items back.

  2. Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the parcel using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for return shipping fees, and we recommend insuring the package as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once inspected and approved at our facility, refunds or store credits will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
