These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of The Source Hair Co. website and the purchase of products and services from us.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Source Hair Co.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Using Our Website

You must use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, or use the website in a fraudulent or unlawful manner.

If you create a customer or trade account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate information.

3. Our Hair Products

Our launch collection consists of Vietnamese Virgin human hair available in different lengths and textures.

Human hair is a natural product. Some variation in colour, texture, wave pattern, strand characteristics and appearance may occur between individual bundles and batches.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information on our website accurately represent the products offered. However, colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and the display settings of your device.

Where photographs show natural variation in human hair, this should not be interpreted as every individual bundle being visually identical.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the applicable contract.

4. Product Care and Alteration

Human hair may be affected by washing, colouring, bleaching, chemical treatment, heat styling, installation, products used on the hair and ongoing maintenance.

Customers should follow appropriate hair-care practices and any care guidance supplied by us.

We are not responsible for deterioration or damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper care, inappropriate installation or treatment, or alterations made to the product.

This does not exclude responsibility for a fault or lack of conformity that existed when the goods were supplied.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The price payable for an order will be shown during checkout together with any delivery charge or other amount payable by you.

We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed price of an order that we have already accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order and receiving an automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment problems, or circumstances that prevent us from lawfully fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after taking payment and no goods are supplied, amounts due back to you will be refunded.

7. Preparation, Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be prepared and dispatched from Vietnam for delivery to the United Kingdom.

Estimated preparation and delivery times shown on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to fulfil orders within the timeframe agreed with you and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and appropriate contact details.

8. Customs, Import Charges and International Fulfilment

Because orders may be dispatched internationally, customs procedures may form part of the delivery process.

Any duties, taxes, customs charges or other import-related amounts that the customer is required to pay will be clearly communicated where applicable through our website, checkout or relevant shipping terms.

We will not intentionally require a customer to pay an import charge that we have expressly represented as being included in the price or delivery arrangement for that order.

Our shipping arrangements may change as our fulfilment network develops, so customers should review the Shipping Policy applicable when placing their order.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Consumer cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. The Source Trade and Business Customers

We operate The Source Trade for eligible hair professionals and businesses.

Trade access may require application and approval. We may approve, decline, suspend or withdraw trade-account access where reasonably necessary.

Trade pricing and quantity thresholds may differ from standard customer pricing and may change from time to time.

Orders placed genuinely in the course of a trade, business or profession are business-to-business transactions and may be subject to different contractual rights and conditions from consumer transactions.

Approval for a trade account does not permit account credentials, restricted pricing or other account-only benefits to be shared with unauthorised third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

The Source Hair Co. name, branding, original website copy, photographs, graphics and other original content made available through our website are owned by us or used by us with permission, except where otherwise indicated.

You may access and use the website for legitimate personal or business purchasing purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or materially modify our protected content without permission except where permitted by law.
