2. Products, Information & Specifications

  • Human Hair Product Variations: Our products include raw, virgin, and processed human hair extensions and pieces. Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in natural color, wave pattern, texture, and luster may occur between bundles or batches.

  • Accuracy of Colors: We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Usage & Care: Proper maintenance and care are required to preserve the longevity of human hair products. The Source Hair Co. is not liable for damage caused by improper bleaching, coloring, chemical processing, excessive heat styling, or neglect after delivery.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payments

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on the store do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for reason of stock availability, pricing errors, or fraud verification.

  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our accepted payment gateways (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Buy-Now-Pay-Later providers).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Times: Orders are processed within the business days specified on our Shipping Policy page. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrectly entered shipping information.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders): For orders shipped outside the fulfillment region, any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes incurred upon entry into the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to strict hygiene, health, and safety standards regarding human hair products, our return policy is subject to specific constraints:

  • Hygiene Seal Requirement: Hair extensions and hairpieces may only be returned or exchanged if the safety seal, tamper-evident ties, and original packaging remain completely intact, unused, and un-tampered with.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened hair bundles, worn products, custom-colored/processed items, or items marked as clearance/final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Return Window & Process: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returned items are inspected upon arrival before any refund or store credit is approved.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, text, imagery, graphics, page layouts, product descriptions, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of The Source Hair Co. or its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the website for personal shopping purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, duplicate, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

  • We do not warrant that product installation or application by third-party hair stylists or individuals will produce specific results or avoid damage to natural hair.
